The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. I enjoyed the pool area very much. The underground parking offered secure and convenient access to my vehicle. My room had a lovely view of the Arno River. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the restaurant staff was friendly.
The shuttle service had limited hours, requiring taxi rides at certain times.

The wildlife along the river was lovely. I could see it while drinking coffee at breakfast. The hotel has history. The staff kept it clean. They welcomed me and were knowledgeable.
The shuttle service had limited hours and cost extra per person each journey.

The hotel featured a relaxing spa with a sauna. There was also an outdoor pool that suited a hot summer day. Free spa access was granted for one hour daily. Steam room and dry sauna use was included.

I loved the jacuzzi bathtub in my room. It was great. the staff was very helpful. They always answered my questions quickly. lapo was especially attentive , very appreciated.
the hotel charges €2.50 per person for each journey on the shuttle bus. i thought this was excessive since previous hotels provided this service free. also, the shuttle doesn't operate late (the last return is at 7:30pm).
